Share data via wireless

Very long time not write any article in this blog, based on the questions of my friends about how to share the files using wireless, so I try to make a simple tutorial based on experience when I play Dota with my friends with wireless network. Please enjoy

1. First right-click in the bottom right corner of the network icon

2. Then click open network and sharing center

3. Click setup a new network connection

4. Then do as shown below

5. Next

6. fill network name, for example i write “Giri_Tampan”, for easely process in security type choose “no authentification(open)” and then click next

7. if succes click close

8. click in the bottom right corner of the network icon, we have created a own network, command your friend for join your wireless network

9. for share your files or data, you open windows exploler and right click folder going to share point your mouse to “share with” and choose “specific people”

10. choose “everyone”

11. press “Alt” in keyboard and then click ‘tools”, “map network drive”

12. click “browse” file will look at that windows, if there is not anything, use manual way, by typing \ \ computer_name’s\ site-file
